DESCRIPTION:The Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park (FLSSP)\, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting\, enhancing and promoting Lake Sammamish State Park\, is hosting its Annual Celebration in the park on Thursday\, Sept. 27 at 5:30pm.\n\n\n\nThe public is invited to join in the celebration and to learn about the group's past successes\, upcoming initiatives and programs scheduled for 2019.\n\n\n\nFLSSP will also recognize several of its outstanding volunteers who have helped promote the park\, plan events\, led watershed restoration efforts and raised funds for improvements and capital projects. Guest speaker Nikki Fields\, a state parks planner\, will also share news on work being done to update the Lake Sammamish State Park master plan and environmental review.\n\n\n\nCome and learn how you can get involved to help improve our treasured park!\n\n\n\nFor more information or to RSVP\, contact Jennifer at director@flssp.org
