Charles Horton has been the general manager at the Issaquah Press Group since September 2015.  Prior to that Charles was the Vice President and Publisher of the Standard-Examiner in Ogden, Utah and the president and publisher of the Kitsap Sun from .
Charles has worked at newspapers in Alaska, Oregon, North Carolina, Indiana, Utah and Washington serving in capacities ranging from Director of Circulation to Director of Interactive.  He led the redesign on websites in Kitsap, Utah and most recently launched EastofSeattle.news serving Issaquah, Sammamish, Snoqualmie and Newcastle.
