The Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park are bringing back the annual beach bonfire and lighted boat parade at Lake Sammamish State Park. The event starts at 4:30 p.m. and lasts about 60 minutes.
Bring your family and friends and come on down to Tibbetts Beach at Lake Sammamish State Park. Issaquah Singers will lead holiday caroling.
Beach bonfires will keep us warm on the outside, and Friends will have hot chocolate to keep us warm on the inside.
The lighted boat parade is organized by Lake Sammamish Yacht Club. If you are a boat owner and would like to participate, call 425-449-0070 or email Jim.Mackey@gmail.com
Several bonfires will provide warmth and light. Wear warm clothes, sturdy shoes and gloves. Bring a flashlight and good cheer! You may also want to bring a chair. All are welcome!
The event is free but bring your Discover Pass. If the weather presents a challenge, we will post updates at: LakeSammamishFriends.org or at the Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park Facebook page.
