Building the Future of the Eastside

Affordable Housing Week is coming up October 12-16^th! Join us for an Eastside event to learn more about what cities are doing to address affordable housing in their communities.
 
The panel discussion, “Building the Future of the Eastside,” will be 4:30-6pm on Wednesday, October 14^th via Zoom.
 
Collaboration is the key to success in building affordable communities on the Eastside. Panelists from Bellevue, Bothell, Issaquah and Redmond will detail their current efforts to build affordable housing and what challenges they face, from making zoning changes to dealing with COVID-19. Confirmed panelists include Bellevue Mayor Lynne Robinson, Bothell Mayor Liam Olsen, Issaquah Mayor Mary Lou Pauly, and Redmond City Council President Tanika Padhye.
 
This event is ideal for Eastside community members, neighboring cities, and providers to learn more about the uniqueness of each Eastside city in its approach to building equitable and inclusive communities throughout the Eastside.
 
Following the panel will be a Q & A so we encourage you to come with questions!
