In 2018, Issaquah updated its Olde Town Subarea Plan, which calls for new Design Standards and Architectural Guidelines— in other words, what a property looks like (types of materials used, window types, roof styles, set-backs and more) – in certain areas. We hope you’ll join us Jan. 11 for a walking tour and community workshop, where we will start the conversation about what should – or shouldn’t – be considered as architectural standards and guidelines for specifically Single Family-Duplex zoning (see map) in Olde Town. Come for the walking tour, workshop or both! Any input you can provide is welcome. Feedback from the meeting will be compiled and posted on issaquahwa.gov/oldetowncode.
