Webinar: “Knowing your Numbers (including Business and People Canvas)”

Business Impact Northwest (BINW) has provided information to hundreds of Eastside businesses in accessing Federal grant and loans, and local resources. Now BINW is speaking to businesses about tools for building resiliency from the ground up.

Purpose: This workshop will drill into bookkeeping practices, understanding Profit & Loss statements, and identify other areas of improvement.
What we will provide: A deep dive look into bookkeeping needs, ways to keep these records, Breakeven analysis worksheets, and various Canvas forms.
Details: We will take a look at basic bookkeeping coupled with accounting software, we will walk through basic breakeven analysis, and run through a ‘how to’ on canvas evaluation of business modeling and People. 
Who Should Attend: Any business owner/manager who has used the "What's Next" checklist and has identified bookkeeping/accounting, Business Modeling, or People review as a target of focus.
