Zombie Walk

The Zombie Walk celebrates 14‘unlucky’ years of welcoming Zombies back downtown: Saturday, October 28, 1:30-5:30pm. Awaken your inner Zombie and plan to delight diners, drivers and spectators on Front Street. Gather at the Historic Shell Station at 1:30 for makeup, 2:30 practice dance routines and 4:30 crawl to city hall for a Zombie Dance at 5 pm. Come in your Zombie makeup, outfit and crawl and moan throughout downtown Issaquah with your own Zombie mob, meet up with friends, join in, or just watch. Keep an eye out for flash mobs dancing on the City Hall steps. The event is free, open to all ages and zombies of all skill levels.

Events include:

• 1:30-4:00 Zombie make up stations at the Historic Shell Station

  (sign up for your spot here! $15) Day of $20

• 2:30-4:00 Dance Practice
• 2:30-3:30. Kid fun station at Shell Station at 232 Front Street Play games for your chance to win prizes.
• Crawl to City Hall: Flash Mob Dances. Be on the lookout for Flash Mobs up and down Front Street and City Hall steps which will spontaneously dance the Thriller and Time Warp dances.
• Contests with prizes for best Zombie Human and Zombie Dog photos
• 1:30-5:30pm Zombies taking over City Hall attracting the attention of motorists, diners, and passers-by on Front Street.
• Back by popular demand are Stan’s Bar-B-Q $1 Eyeballs (meatballs).
