DESCRIPTION:The Development Commission will hold a public hearing to take testimony on an application for a Site Development Permit for a new middle school campus with an athletic field\, and structured and surface parking\, on a 9.00 acre site located on the southeast corner of NW Talus Dr and Falcon Way NW. Administrative Adjustments of Standards are requested to allow retaining walls to exceed the wall height limit of 10 feet\, to exceed the excavation and fill limit of 15 feet\, and to reduce the required floor area ratio (FAR). The tallest retaining wall section would be 24 feet. Application Nos.
