Tuesdays in August :: Bring Food Donations Benefitting Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank @ Concerts on the Green
Have you been enjoying the Concerts on the Green on Tuesday evenings? We sure have!
And Issaquah Rotary is about to join the fun - for a good cause, too!
As you may know, summer is a difficult time for most foodbanks. Donations tend to drop while folks are on vacation, but the need for food doesn't diminish. Let's help ensure all our neighbors are fed - especially kids in our community who have reduced access to school lunches during the summer months.
Every Tuesday concert this August, we're inviting you to bring non-perishable food items to donate in support of the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank!
Donation ideas: Rice (2 lb bags only), Canned Chicken/Tuna/Spam, Peanut Butter, Rice-A-Roni, Hamburger Helper, Diapers & Baby Wipes, Body Wash, Feminine Hygiene Products
While these are the most-needed items at present, any unexpired non-perishables are welcome.
So come drop your donations at the Big Blue Rotary Tent & say hi to your friendly neighborhood Rotarians at every Tuesday concert in August! We look forward to working together with you to benefit our incredible community.
