Her passion is helping young people to discover how their strengths\, interests and skills can translate into a fulfilling career and college plan. Deanna has spent the last 20 years with Microsoft\, with the majority of that time being spent in college recruiting\, managing the high school and college intern programs and working with new Microsoft employees just out of college.
