All are invited to celebrate the Independence Day of the United States at 11am-2pm on the 4th of July. The Downtown Issaquah Association and City of Issaquah are pleased to announce the 2022 Issaquah Down Home 4th of July celebration.
Plan to attend this summertime tradition and celebration of all things Issaquah! Festivities start along Front Street as residents gather for the Kid’s ‘n Pets parade.
The Kid ‘n Pets parade (want to participate? group sign ups below) commences at 11 am and marches through Olde Town Issaquah, this year’s parade will feature a patriotic costume contest and participants will throw candy into the crowd! Led by the VFW Post #3436 Color Guard, the parade takes a left turn to the family friendly activity center at Veterans Park Memorial Field. There is plenty to do for the whole family including: listening to live music, tasting food favorites, making arts and crafts, and visiting the various activity booths. The event is free for everyone.
