After a successful first year at Lake Sammamish State Park as the home of the Seafair Triathlon, once again the 2022 Seafair Triathlon will call Lake Sammamish State Park home. The triathlon will be anchored at the park but will take place in both Issaquah and Sammamish cities. Why the move? For years, Seafair has wanted to continue to bring the Seafair Festival to a larger audience and spread the summer festival throughout King County. Located at one of the best swimming beaches in King County, Lake Sammamish is a fantastic location for a triathlon!

As we continue to plan, our goal is to continue to bring a first class triathlon experience for all athletes ranging from the beginners to elites all the way down to the little triathletes. We’ll continue to tweak the event to ensure the safety and ease while delivering a one of a kind triathlon experience that only Seafair can! 2022 will bring new swag, additional fun and even more family oriented outdoor athletics.
