Youth Mental Health First Aid Class For Free

Make a difference for adolescents with mental health challenges. This class teaches adults how to help a young person experiencing a mental health challenge, and is specifically helpful for those who work with youth, who encounter youth frequently in their work, for parents and for those who want to promote mental wellness among youth in our community.
