ZGiRLS equip active girls with tools and perspective they need to be confident, centered, and courageous. This results-driven ZGiRLS Curriculum is designed by sports psychologists, professional athletes and mental health counselors.
This workshop is led by strong female athletes. There will be fun team-building games and activities and every girl will leave feeling inspired, confident, and empowered, and will walk away with a toolbelt of skills, strategies and resources she can use to build a life she loves.
