Melony is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in sports medicine/orthopedics and complex chronic conditions that are treatment resistant.  After receiving her training in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Bastyr University she chose to specialize in sports medicine, completing an apprenticeship with one of the country’s most renowned sports medicine acupuncturists.  She works with local athletes of all abilities and ages to heal injuries, improve performance, and promote post- workout recovery.  She is also in her 8th season as the acupuncturist with the Seattle Storm.  As her career progressed she began to see more patients with complex chronic conditions (peripheral neuropathy, fibromyalgia, adrenal fatigue) and has created a niche helping these treatment resistant conditions.
