Become a licensed Property & Casualty agent with paid training and licensing. You will be part of a small team in a fast-paced work environment that is focused on growth, retention and stellar service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with all aspects of their insurance portfolio including product coverages, billing, claims, quoting and cross selling
• Work with clients and agents to uncover needs and solve problems
• Explain features and benefits of insurance products
• Answer incoming calls, greet clients and accurately process transactions
• Communicate with internal departments via phone and chat on behalf of clients
• Provide administrative support to agents and producers
• Cross-sell other insurance products to current clients
• Conduct yourself professionally and ethically both inside and outside the office

• Minimum of one year prior customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and build relationships
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work within established timeframes
• Capable of following established procedures and processes
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Technical savviness and the ability to learn or adapt to new systems and processes
• WA State Property & Casualty license must be achieved within 30-60 days
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
