Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager will collaborate on the development and lead the execution of an annual fundraising plan to drive revenue growth from individual donors. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on annual fundraising and donor stewardship plan development
- Lead the execution of the annual fundraising plan, focused on the solicitation, cultivation and stewardship of individual donors
- Collaborate with the Executive Director on the development and execution of an annual marketing and communications plan that supports fundraising and donor stewardship goals
- Partner with Programs staff to identify and collect impact data and stories for sharing with donors
- In collaboration with Executive Director and Event Planner, help execute two donor events – Leadership Circle Major Donor event and large spring fundraiser.
- Ensure timely reporting of key performance metrics to staff and Board
- Document donor engagement and interactions in Donor Perfect
