Tokul Creek Advisors was founded on the premise that small to midsize companies and organizations do not receive the same level of advocacy from business consultants and advisors that larger corporations do. With limited resources they strain to access the necessary expertise to help. As a result, they struggle to appropriately optimize their business performance, resulting in regular overspending, frequent misalignment, incorrect resourcing, and overall suboptimal operations. With a business advisor advocating on their behalf, they can more easily rectify these challenges, leading to more efficient business operations, an improved bottom line, and overall better business outcomes. Tokul Creek Advisors fills this gap, bringing decades of organizational leadership and operational best practices to bear for small and midsize businesses and organizations. It makes the marketplace for critical business services more transparent, more manageable, more accessible and much easier to navigate. Tokul Creek Advisors is led by Don Schulz who has over 30 years of business and operational leadership experience. His background ranges from large, multi-service corporate real estate account management for Fortune 500 Companies, to national level executive leadership roles, to boutique consulting assignments for smaller and midsize organizations. Don is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), a Washington State licensed real estate broker and a US Navy Veteran.
