About Us

VIS Designs (www.vis-designs.com) provides building design, interior design and permitting services for commercial tenant improvements and residential dwelling environments. We assist our clients from space planning, building code analysis, interior design and finish selection, architectural construction documentation, to obtaining building permits for offices, retail stores, restaurants, clinics, single family homes and ADU (mother-in-law units). We serve clients in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Kent and many other cities. We provide value engineering services that can maximize our client's budget for the best design solutions. Our extensive building code knowledge has proved us success for permit obtaining without city comments for most of our projects.
