Access to Facilities and Services

  • While we continue to follow CDC COVID-19 prevention standards, we would strongly encourage you and your teams to follow social distancing best practices by limiting the use of branch locations. First Tech offers anytime access to our full suite of banking services online at firsttechfed.com, which includes our award winning mobile app. Other banking services including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance services are also available online.
  • We are ensuring that all First Tech Network ATMs remain online and available to meet your needs and also remind you that there are more than 30,000 ATMs on the CO-OP network.
  • If you or anyone needs to call us, know that we have bolstered staffing levels and taken other actions within our Contact Experience Center to deliver the best possible experience for our members. During periods of high call volume we would ask for your patience and encourage you to use the call back feature.
Hardship Assistance
  • We recognize that our world has changed in recent weeks and some of our members have lost their jobs or experienced a significant change in income as a result of the economic disruption. First Tech is here to help. We are offering a number of loan assistance options to provide short and long-term relief to members impacted by COVID-19. Please visit our website or a local Experience Center if you encounter any hardship during this difficult time.
